Tahoe Blue Center - Destination Events For Fall
There's no doubt about it: our beautiful little summer is coming to a close. The kids have traded their beach towels and floaties for books and colored pencils, the Sand Harbor Sunday crowds have moved indoors for football, and Lake Tahoe has settled in for the long trek back to snow season. It won't be long until the team here at RTRC is taking our families up to Hope Valley to take cute fall pictures among the red and gold leaves.
It's this time of year that life starts to slow down for many of us. The hustle and bustle of summer changes to a relaxed, enjoyable jaunt through a cool, calm fall with quiet evenings cuddled under the blankets. But just because the weather is cooling down doesn't mean that the events in Reno-Tahoe are. We're about to have some of the coolest events all year coming to the lake in the next few months! Many of these events are being brought to the area by a brand new destination in Tahoe - The Tahoe Blue Event Center.
Located in Stateline, just down the road from the Casinos, this new events center is poised to be one of the coolest draws for what is traditionally the slow season in Lake Tahoe. Acting as a music venue, a conference center, and a community-uniting event location, Tahoe Blue Center will be an amazing addition to the Tahoe area.
To start the wonderful new venture of fun activities, the center pulled out the red carpet for global superstar, Mr. 305 himself, Pitbull. Mr. Wordlwide has to be one of the biggest artists to put on a show in Northern Nevada since the days of Sinatra. The party he brought with him when he arrived on September 29th was an absolute blast!
The Tahoe Blue Center clearly wanted to start the venue off on the right foot. Next we'll be treated to more fun events, including a WWE Supershow, Lindsay Sterling, Excision, and even Adam Sandler coming in for the I Missed You Tour. If it sounds like a whole lot of star power, I assure you it is, and that's just who they have slated for the last few months of 2023. I cannot believe the acts they're bringing to the area, and I can't wait to enjoy this incredible state-of-the-art facility that finished construction only a few months ago.
It's been a while since our community has had something to excite us about the fall (well.... except for the pumpkin spice lattes and gorgeous fall views of Tahoe), and I think the Tahoe Blue Center will be exactly what our area needs.
