2A. Information You Provide Directly

Depending on how you interact with us, you may provide:

Contact information (Site and/or Booking Portal)

  • Phone number (including optional phone fields)

  • Message content and any information you choose to provide

Reservation and rental information (Booking Portal and/or offline)

When you request or complete a reservation or rental with RTRC, we and/or our service providers may collect information needed to arrange, provide, and manage the rental, such as:

  • Reservation details (dates, times, location preferences)

  • Arrival and coordination details you provide (for example, flight timing so we can coordinate)

  • Driver eligibility and verification information (for example, driver's license information where required)

  • Rental communications and support requests

  • Pricing, taxes/fees, and payment status/confirmation

Payment information

Payments are typically processed by third-party payment processors. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers in our own systems. Your payment processor may collect and process payment details under its own privacy policy.

2B. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site or Booking Portal, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from IP

  • Device identifiers and browser type

  • Operating system and language settings

  • Referring and exit pages

  • Usage data (pages viewed, clicks, actions taken, time spent)

  • Log data and diagnostic data

2C. Information We Receive from Third Parties

  • Booking and reservation platform providers supporting the Booking Portal

  • Payment processors (for example, confirmation that payment succeeded, chargebacks, fraud signals)

  • Fraud prevention or identity verification providers (risk and verification signals)

  • Public sources when needed to prevent fraud or protect rights and safety

  • Provide and operate the Site and Booking Portal

  • Process reservations and rentals, including coordinating delivery/pickup and customer support

  • Communicate with you about your reservation or rental (confirmations, updates, essential communications)

  • Verify identity/eligibility and prevent fraud, misuse, and unauthorized activity

  • Improve our websites, services, and customer experience

  • Maintain business records, accounting, and internal operations

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements and policies

  • Protect RTRC, our customers, and the public

4. How We Share Information

Service providers

We share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate our business, such as:

  • Website hosting and website tools (including Wix and related tools)

  • Booking Portal and reservation technology providers

  • Payment processing providers

  • Customer communications providers (email/SMS/phone)

  • Analytics and performance providers

  • Security and fraud prevention providers

These providers are permitted to use personal information only to perform services for us and for legitimate operational purposes, subject to applicable contracts and laws.

Legal and safety disclosures

We may disclose information to comply with law, legal process, or government requests, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, and property, investigate fraud, or enforce our policies.

Business transfers

If RTRC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of some or all assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

No third-party marketing sales of your contact information

RTRC does not share your contact information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to keep the Site and Booking Portal functioning, remember preferences, understand usage and improve performance, and measure marketing effectiveness.

Your choices: You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting cookies. If you disable cookies, some features of the Site or Booking Portal may not function properly.

6. Email, SMS, and Communications

Transactional communications: If you provide your phone number and/or email, we may contact you regarding your reservation or rental, including confirmations, updates, and essential communications.

Marketing communications: If we send marketing emails, you can opt out using the unsubscribe link in the email. If we send SMS marketing messages, you can opt out by replying STOP (or following the instructions in the message). Opting out of marketing does not affect essential transactional communications related to your reservation or rental.

Text messaging disclosures: If you opt in to receive text messages from RTRC, message frequency varies (typically 2–6 messages per trip). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with vendors and service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver those messages.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services and support, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and prevent fraud and protect safety.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Your Privacy Rights (United States)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, deletion (subject to legal exceptions), correction, and to opt out of certain processing including certain targeted advertising where applicable.

California notice (CCPA/CPRA): RTRC does not sell personal information for money. Some online tracking technologies may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. Where applicable, you may limit such activity through cookie controls and browser privacy settings, including Global Privacy Control (GPC) where supported.

Nevada notice: Nevada residents may have the right to opt out of the sale of certain covered information. RTRC does not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law.

How to submit a request: Contact us using the contact information in Section 1. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

11. Third-Party Links

The Site and Booking Portal may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review third-party privacy policies before providing information to them.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Effective Date at the top indicates when it was last updated. Your continued use of the Site or Booking Portal after changes means you accept the updated policy.
